Defining the brand strategy + visual identity for a forward-thinking Leadership Development company in a post-data, post-AI, post-everything world.

Humans have not yet broken the three minute mile run barrier. It’s a goal to which we can aspire; to push ourselves to the edge. This idea can be applied to everything we do. Including leadership.
It was this defining thought that came out of a series of strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions, establishing the formulation of the Big Idea: Leading The Edge. 
The strong visual metaphor of the ‘Edge’ is reflected in 3 Minute Mile’s logomark, which is brought to 3D life (through collaboration with Lindsay Horner) as a centerpiece of the brand.
